| Important Notes:
- Please book your appointment only after receiving the MOM notification letter. Buffer at least 6 working days between the date stated on your helper’s 6ME form and her screening appointment date.
- If a chest X-Ray is required as stated on the MOM form, we will refer you to a clinic for the X-Ray, with additional charges to be made at the clinic. The completed X-Ray report needs to be sent to us for further processing.
- A soft-copy of the screening results will be emailed to you. Results will only be submitted to MOM if required (if mandated or positive).
- $15 surcharge applies for secured locations such as Jurong Island, Airport zone, and others. Please refer here for full listing of secured locations.
